The Charleston's manager had been providing new residents with a construction blueprint of the area. She asked me to create a more user friendly and visually appealing version. This outcome was developed based on her requests.



GATE-FOLD BROCHURE



A new resident or prospect receives a welcome package containing information about the apartment complex (amenities and etc.) as well as general rules and guidelines, and the map that I created. Upon request, I took the contents of the welcome packet and condensed them into a gate-fold brochure capable of holding paperwork and the necessary information for a future resident.
